In partnership with Studio 19 Rentals, you can now rent musical gear. That’s right—your dream instrument could be yours today with an affordable monthly payment!

How to Rent an Instrument with Harpers Music

Select the instrument you'd like to rent and contact us via phone or email.
One of our team will submit your rental application with Studio19. The process typically takes about 10 minutes, and most applications are approved the same day, subject to credit approval.
Once your application is approved, we’ll contact you to arrange the best delivery date, or you can choose to collect your order in-store. Your first payment won’t be debited until your order has been dispatched or picked up.

Things to Know:

You can return the instrument anytime after the minimum rental period of 6 months. No questions asked, no cancellation fees—just cover the return freight costs or return in-store.
You can apply to purchase the instrument you’re renting at any time, and indicative purchase pricing will be provided during your rental application.
A one-time account setup fee of $29 applies to all new orders.
A minimum monthly rental amount of $33.00 applies to all orders ($700 cart value or higher)
Additional freight charges may apply for bulky orders or those being sent to remote locations. We’ll contact you before processing your application if this applies.
All applicants must be 18 years or older. If you're renting an instrument for your child, please complete the rental application in your name.
For families with a single income, please include the employment details of the primary earner in the household.
